Microsoft makes Softcat Cloud Solution Provider Partner

Softcat helps customers reach the Cloud as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider CSP.

Softcat is walking on air, as Microsoft has welcomed the reseller onto its Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. The program elevates Softcat’s responsibilities, enabling them to provide customers with direct access to integrated Microsoft Cloud solutions with flexible management, support and monthly direct billing options.

Softcat can now integrate its various offerings with Office 365 and Windows Intune in order to provide customers with one simple process, consolidated billing and one point of contact. Customers will benefit from 24-hour support from Softcat’s 365/24/7 network operations centre (NOC), and a dedicated account manager to maintain the best possible customer service.


James Baker, Softcat’s alliances director, said: “As more businesses have become aware of the benefits of using the Cloud, we’ve witnessed an explosion in customer interest.
