The system integrates the Siemens Mendix low-code platform Mendix with Graph Studio and the AI Studio from RapidMiner.
In industries that have already adopted AI but face challenges scaling it, the platform is positioned to address issues such as fragmented data environments, inconsistent governance practices, and disconnected insights across systems. It is presented as a production-oriented system for coordinating workflows between people and AI agents while making use of existing enterprise infrastructure.
A case example includes Brazilian flat glass manufacturer Vivix Vidros Planos, which used a set of Mendix applications to integrate operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) data from systems including SAP, Siemens Industrial Edge, and Snowflake. Reported outcomes included an 85% reduction in production issue resolution time and a shorter customer complaint resolution cycle, attributed to the use of Intelligence Center X capabilities.
Another example involves Axiz Digital, an early adopter of the platform, which reported improvements after integrating AI and machine learning models with process orchestration, including near-complete accuracy in data ingestion and reduced manual effort in a pricing-related use case.
The platform is also described as integrating with the broader Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, allowing it to work alongside existing enterprise data systems.
