OutSystems celebrates 2026 Innovation Awards for Agentic AI achievements

OutSystems acknowledges the real-world impact made by industry leaders harnessing Agentic AI at the Innovation Awards.

OutSystems has announced the winners of its 2026 Innovation Awards. The awards recognise organisations using Agentic AI in sectors including retail, manufacturing, energy, finance, logistics, and public services.

The winners were recognised at the OutSystems ONE Conference in Amsterdam. The annual event brought together IT professionals, business leaders, developers, and partners to discuss topics including agentic AI, governance, and system security.

DHL Supply Chain: Agentic Pioneer

DHL Supply Chain used OutSystems to develop core applications, including project approval and contract management systems. The company also developed a log analysis agent, which is expected to save more than 1,600 hours annually.

Grihum Housing Finance: Green Growth

Grihum Housing Finance worked with TheDigifac to develop a digital mortgage platform in India. The organisation implemented a paperless process and integrated AI agents to support credit assessment.

Honda: Enterprise Evolution

As part of a broader digital transformation programme, Honda worked with DENTSU SOKEN to deploy 37 applications aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting future AI initiatives.

Iris Group: Agentic Value Award

Working with CoolProfs, Iris Group used OutSystems to improve staff replacement processes. The initiative reduced administrative workload and improved response times.

Kevin Hearn (Axos Bank): Agent of Change

Kevin Hearn led changes to Axos Bank’s development practices, with a focus on productivity improvements, cost reduction, AI integration, and the modernisation of legacy systems.

Normal: Agentic Human Touch

Normal consolidated retail operations through a centralised application used by employees across its business. The company also introduced agentic AI capabilities to support processes such as invoice handling.

Ministry of Energy, Saudi Arabia: Public Service

The Ministry of Energy's "Taqati" platform provides digital services intended to support a more integrated digital ecosystem across the country.

The Netherlands Red Cross: Social Impact

The Netherlands Red Cross developed the "Tools2Go" application to support volunteer management and crisis response activities. The platform matches volunteers with tasks and reduces administrative effort.

United Rentals: Future Proof Award

United Rentals implemented a tool management solution that incorporates AI and IoT technologies. The system is designed to streamline operations and support customer service and business growth.
