LiquidWare enables Amazon onboarding

Liquidware has formed an alliance with LG Electronics USA Business Solutions to provide integrators and customers with solutions to ease the transition for organizations looking to on-board users to LG Zero and Thin Clients and Amazon WorkSpaces, the leading cloud based Windows desktop solution. The solutions are being jointly demonstrated in LG’s booth (#2040) this week at Amazon Re:Invent.

LG Electronics, an Amazon partner chosen exclusively to power the Amazon WorkSpaces labs this week with LG Zero Clients at Amazon Re:Invent, provides devices and monitors that enable users to connect directly to on premise and cloud based virtual desktops, such as Amazon WorkSpaces, without any additional hardware.  Liquidware, also an Amazon WorkSpaces partner, is a leader in onboarding, monitoring, diagnosing and leveraging user experience metrics for physical, virtual, and cloud based desktops such as Amazon WorkSpaces.

Working with LG, Liquidware will provide customers interested in LG Zero clients with up to 500 licenses of Liquidware Stratusphere UX to support end-device migration and performance validation, which can be run on premises and in cloud based environments.

“We’re proud to partner with LG to empower organizations with a straight-forward and easy way to assess users and desktops for LG Zero and Thin Clients for use with virtual and cloud based desktops including Amazon WorkSpaces,” said Tyler Rohrer, co-founder, Liquidware.

Stephen K. Hu, head of commercial monitors at LG Electronics USA Business Solutions, said, “LG is committed to creating cloud-computing solutions that exceed customers’ expectations.  By teaming with Liquidware, we bring you an industry leading virtual desktop assessment to quickly onboard your LG Zero Clients ensuring optimal performance.”
