CoreWeave has announced a collaboration with Conapto, which operates data centres with a focus on sustainability. The collaboration includes the launch of two Stockholm campuses, with Stockholm 4 South already operational. Both facilities are intended to run on fully renewable energy, in line with CoreWeave’s sustainability commitments.
As AI technology moves from experimental use toward production-scale deployment, demand for high-performance infrastructure has increased. CoreWeave Cloud is designed to address these requirements by providing compute, networking, and storage capabilities, along with software orchestration, for AI developers and enterprises across Europe.
The deployment incorporates NVIDIA Blackwell Architecture and NVIDIA Vera Rubin Platforms, connected via NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand. NVIDIA. This infrastructure extends CoreWeave’s presence across Europe and supports organisations such as AI labs, enterprises, and developers building large-scale systems.
The collaboration is expected to expand infrastructure capacity while supporting efficiency goals and environmental considerations. Conapto’s experience in renewable energy and data centre operations contributed to the arrangement.
On 25 June, CoreWeave and Conapto are scheduled to participate in Tech Arena at Almedalen, an event focused on Sweden’s role in AI infrastructure and the broader European AI landscape.
As of current reporting, nine out of the top ten foundation model providers use CoreWeave’s infrastructure. By 31 March 2026, CoreWeave operates 49 data centres globally supporting AI workloads, with both active and contracted power capacity.
