Lenovo reveals enhancements to its Global Channel Framework

Lenovo has announced updates to its global channel framework, Lenovo 360, aimed at supporting partner growth and improving the structure of the programme. The initiative reflects Lenovo’s ongoing focus on partner-led growth.

The changes to Lenovo 360 introduce a more structured pathway for partner development. The tier model has been simplified by aligning revenue growth expectations with skills development and accreditations. Partners progress from Authorized to Gold and Platinum tiers, and beyond, as they meet defined criteria.

Partners begin at the Authorized level, with access to Lenovo 360 Elevate, a programme designed to support engagement and development. Progression to Gold and higher tiers provides access to additional financial incentives and opportunities for collaboration within Lenovo’s global ecosystem.

Lenovo has also introduced an updated digital experience through the Lenovo 360 Partner Hub, which provides visibility into performance data, accreditations, and progression milestones. This is intended to give partners clearer insight into their status and development path.

The expanded Lenovo 360 for Services pathway, due to launch this month, is designed to support partners transitioning towards a services-led approach. It provides guidance on attaching services to deals to build higher-value solutions.

This expansion enables partners to broaden their portfolios through services and solutions such as digital workplaces, hybrid cloud, and AI offerings.

Lenovo 360 for MSPs is also expanding into new markets following a pilot phase, engaging a number of partners globally and targeting over $100 million in revenue by year-end.

Launching globally in April, Lenovo 360 Tech Connect is a technical community aimed at strengthening collaboration and expertise in solution delivery. It brings together presales engineers, solution architects, and technical specialists to support solution design, positioning, and deployment.

The community also provides opportunities for recognition and professional development, supporting technical capability growth within the partner ecosystem.

Overall, these initiatives are intended to develop a more connected and structured partner ecosystem, with a focus on technical capability and partner enablement.
