Smart Communications strengthens global alliances with SVP appointment

Smart Communications announces Satish Shenoy as Senior VP to enhance global partner strategy and foster growth in tech ecosystems.

Smart Communications, a cloud-based enterprise customer communications and engagement technology provider, has announced the appointment of Satish Shenoy as Senior Vice President, Global Alliances and Partners. In this role, Shenoy will lead the company’s global partner strategy.

His responsibilities include overseeing Smart Communications’ ecosystem and expanding relationships with technology partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), global systems integrators (GSIs), and service providers. A key focus will be strengthening strategic alliances, supporting collaboration across the ecosystem, and enabling partner-led growth across Smart Communications’ multi-product Conversation Cloud platform.

Shenoy brings more than 20 years of experience in building and scaling partner ecosystems within SaaS and technology organisations, including those operating in regulated industries. His experience includes developing alliances into scalable growth channels by aligning technology partners, service organisations, and sales teams around co-sell and co-build approaches.

Prior to joining Smart Communications, Shenoy served as Global Vice President of AI GTM & ISV Partnerships at SS&C Blue Prism, where he built and scaled a global ecosystem spanning ISVs, GSIs, and systems integrators, contributing to AI-driven growth in partner-influenced revenue. During this time, he was recognised as a 2025 Top Talent within the organisation.

His career also includes senior leadership roles at Avaya, Moxo, and ScoreData, where he led global alliance functions across North America, Europe, and Asia. His international experience supports Smart Communications’ continued global expansion.

Outside of his professional career, Shenoy co-founded Chirag, a non-profit organisation supporting more than 2,500 children with special needs across the United States and India. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an M.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He is also a keynote speaker, author, and a member of the Seven Continent Club, having completed marathons on all seven continents, including Antarctica.
