Knight Frank expands data centre valuation team

Capitalises on rapid growth in appraisal opportunities.

Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy, has further strengthened its Global Data Centre Valuations & Consultancy team with new appointments, as it responds to the significant increase in global demand for the data centre market.

 

Isobel Green has joined as Senior Surveyor alongside Harry Hannam who has also joined as a Senior Research Analyst from the Macquarie Group. Selda Selgjekaj joins as Business Support Coordinator with the team further supported by graduate Olamide Emiloju.

 

These appointments further enhance Knight Frank’s market-leading data centres valuations team and follow a period of rapid growth, with the entire multi-disciplinary data centres team now comprising 16 individuals globally.

The team regularly advises leading financial institutions, streaming providers, data centre operators, developers and landowners, capitalising on the firm’s well-established commercial and land expertise.
