Virtus Data Centres has just added over 200 more network providers to its portfolio available to its colocation customers and partners - over 50 of whom are cloud and other managed ICT service providers.

CloudSigma has announced the launch of its hybrid hosting offering for customers at its cloud locations, including Switch SuperNAP in Las Vegas, Nevada; Interxion in Zurich, Switzerland; and Equinix globally. By offering colocated space at each of these locations and private patching to its public cloud, CloudSigma grants its customers both the security and elasticity required for sensitive data and demanding workloads.

Virtualisation and consolidation are priorities

An independent market research survey commissioned by Riverbed Technology, the application performance company, reveals that 70 percent of IT decision makers are looking to centralise applications during 2013. The Riverbed® commissioned survey questioned 400 CIOs in Europe and the Middle East about their spending priorities this year.
