The Midcounties Co-operative (Co-Op) has sales of £1bn and more than 10,000 employees across a variety of businesses. As the company began to enter new business areas, such as Co-operative Travel and Co-operative Energy, the number of IT users at the organisation grew from 7,000 to 10,000.
